Our clients had been searching for a unique home. After a couple of weeks, they decided to step up and purchase a home with history. This famous residence was owned by 'True' Davidson, the first female Mayor (East York). It was designated as a ‘Heritage Property’ being of architectural and historical value or interest in 2001. It even features historic cobblestones handpicked from the iconic Distillery District.
We had lots of fun finding this special home, and the sellers will be very happy for the new owners, who will take special care of this unique East York residence.
