TRREB Releases Real Estate Sales Stats for Feb’25

The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s (TRREB) Market Outlook and Year in Review report reveals that a well-supplied housing market will keep average annual home price growth at the rate of inflation, with the average selling price increasing moderately in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) over the course of the year.

In February:

  • The Average Selling Price for all types of property was $1,084,547, slightly up from January.

  • The Total Sales for the GTA was 4,037, up by 5% from January.

  • There are more Active Listings (19,536) than at this time last year (11,097).

It looks like the Spring Market is getting ready to launch in March or April.
