Choosing The Right Price

There's an art and a science to pricing a home. After you've reviewed the recent sales and the competition, you have four options:


Under Market Value

Is it wise price it below what you think it's worth? Maybe you'll get multiple offers and sell it quickly? Is there some risk involved? Yes, absolutely.

At Market Value

We would define this as 'the closest price to market value, based on the information we have available.

Slightly Over

Priced slightly higher than the previous comparable sales. This can be a good strategy in a seller's market, but risky in a buyer's or balanced market.

Over Priced

If you can't justify your pricing based on actual facts and logical arguments, then it's probably not a good idea to price it here.
